Service commitment rules
  

Unesky implements corresponding warranty service policy for products sold from June 1, 2015:

  

Removable storage (usb) products: one year warranty
  Removable storage (hard disk) products: 2.5 inch and above, three months replacement, three years warranty
  Mobile storage (memory card) products: three years warranty。
  Unesky quality assurance is refers to the products are the main body, does not include all accessories and packaging,and no longer replacement policies more than six months .。


If you use our products and failure happens, Unesky will provide service to you according to the following terms and conditions:

  

1、From the date of purchase, Unesky provide the corresponding quality assurance period of sold products;

2、Unesky product implements the long-distance purchase, the national group, namely whether you buy embellish Unesky products anywhere, you choose any of the Sloan authorized service station has the responsibility to be based on "Unesky service commitment" to provide services to you, make sure you satisfied to use embellish day Thai products;

4、Service mode: product repairing services to customers, please send products to Unesky service station to accept service;

5、Langke products of the original purchase documents (such as order number or invoice);Replacement period when unable to provide the original purchase vouchers, date of production, quality assurance period to buy 2 months later.Warranty period when unable to provide the original purchase vouchers, will be paid according to the Unesky fee standards for product quality assurance.

6、Replacement and maintenance:
  Maintenance: the product within the warranty period after the purchase, if found that fall within the scope of free warranty of quality problems, can contact our product maintenance services;(customer purchased product model if already stop production, product free warranty period until 6 months after the product production check)

7、if product under any circumstances, will not belong to free warranty scope:
   1)Unable to provide effective product warranty card and valid purchase vouchers or copy accordingly;
   2)Without our prior written permission of the transformation, the disassembling or maintenance and fault;
   3)The capacity of the silk screen or laser code serial number on product wear, missing;
   4)USB products caused by the external force to bend and deformation anomalies, such as products, such as shell breakage, deformation anomaly;
   5)Not in accordance with the manual use or not in accordance with the instructions on the instructions of maintenance fault caused by damage
